William H. Ballard Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William H. Ballard in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on February 24, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though William may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ballard (Johnson); his sons, Todd, John and David; his grandsons, Reese and Brody; and his daughters-in-law, Michelle and Cathy.
