He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Parker and Betty Louise Carter Parker; and his siblings, James "Ronnie" Parker and Gloria Jean Parker. He is survived by: his sisters, Gail Elaine Parker and Kathy Charlene Parker; his niece Angela Leatherwood (Scott); his great-nieces, Leah Treadway, Kyeler Johnson and Kaizlee Johnson; and his great-nephew Gauge Webb.
