She is survived by: her sons, Jim Penegar (Beth) of Charlotte, NC and Scott Penegar of Charleston, SC; her daughter-in-law Cindy Belk Penegar of Hampstead, NC; her grandchildren, Tre Penegar (Kathryn) of Wilmington, NC, Michael Penegar (Lisa) of Denver, NC, Madison Penegar of Charlotte, NC, Oliver Penegar of London, UK, Connor Penegar of Charlotte, NC and Anna Penegar of Charleston, SC; and her great grandchildren, Sam Penegar IV, Brooks Penegar, Bentlee Michael Penegar and Colton Penegar.
