He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Russell and Lucille Russell; and his wife Martha Mcfarland Russell. He is survived by: his sons, Keith Russell of Atlantic Beach, NC and Robert Macon Russell (Kristi) of Atlantic Beach, NC; and his granddaughter Lilli Russell. He is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
