James Marc Hamric Obituary
We bid farewell to James Marc Hamric of Atlantic Beach, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 10, 2025 at the age of 52. James Marc touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Neil, Alice Ball and Pearl Hamric; and his nephew Elliott Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Ball Hamric; his wife Tina Grinstead Hamric; his father Fred Hamric; his daughter Carson Taylor (John); his sister Heather Witte (Scott); his sisters-in-law, Jennifer Phillips (Chris) and Gail Sexton (Steve); his grandchildren, Merritt Taylor and Griffin Taylor; his aunts, Sheila and Sherry Ream; his uncle Ray Wilson; and his sibling's children, Luke Witte, Ethan Phillips (Dakota), Preston Phillips (Grace), Grant Phillips, Matthew Sexton, Katie Witte and Hannah Gray Sexton.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parkview Baptist Church (4738 Arendell St, Morehead City, NC 28557). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Marc's grandchildren to A Sea of Learning Private School (non-profit) 4723 Country Club Rd., Morehead City, NC 28557.
