He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his children, Gail Brooks of Harkers Island, Stephen Taylor (Cara), Sarah Block (Oliver) and Charles Taylor (Amy) of Atlantic; his grandchildren, Rebecca Mann (Chad), Stephen Ryan Taylor, Caitlyn Taylor, Jacob Rodriguez, Landon Taylor, Danny Rodriguez, Mason Taylor, Taylor Rodriguez and Logan Taylor; his stepgrandchildren, Grayson Block, Chandler Block and Ivey Block; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Jaxon, Aiden, Boden, Riley, Ellie, Harley and Avery; his brother Sammy Taylor (Luann); and his caregiver Kimmie Willis.
