It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Lewis of Atlantic, North Carolina, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adron Clyde Morris and Mable Fulcher Morris; her husband Jack Donald Lewis Sr.; her daughter Sharon Ann Lewis; her son-in-law Claude Lewis; her son Adron Daniel Lewis; and her sister Emma Louise Morris (Phillip Morris).
She is survived by: her son Jack Donald Lewis Jr. (Donna); her granddaughter Amanda Lewis Dixon (Zack); her great grandchild Logan Jericho Dixon; her nieces, Paula Gillikin (Mark) and Claudia Morris; and her nephew Julian Gaskill (Theresa).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Atlantic Missionary Baptist Church (926 Seashore Dr, Atlantic, NC 28511). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
