Johnnie O. Gray Sr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2025, at the age of 80, Johnnie O. Gray Sr. of Atlantic, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rutherford Gray and Lydia Gray; his daughter Connie Nicole; and his siblings, Rutherford Gray Jr., Julius Gray, Jack Gray, Dallas Gray, Tony Gray, Larry Gray, Sarah Gray, Vera Nix, Faye Hill, Elwanda Gray and Violet Simons.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Baxter of Atlantic; and his son Johnnie "John" O. Gray Jr. of Smyrna. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and his faithful companion.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sea Level Missionary Baptist Church (1096 Hwy 70 Sea Level, Sealevel, NC 28577).
