He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Grover Blowe and Bertha Elizabeth Jenkins Blowe; and his siblings, Sarah Leigh, Mable Claire, William, Venice Mae, Donnie Shelda, Jimmy Daniel and Martha Mae.
He is survived by: his wife Becky; his sons, Doug Blowe (Audrey) of Colerain, NC, Wilbert Blowe of Millennium, NC and Randy Blowe (Alta) of Cofield, NC.; his grandchildren, Ben Blowe (Chelsie), Cameron Blowe (Courtney), Chrystal Williams (Jon), Travis Blowe and Katie Oddy (Michael); his great grandchildren, Gabe, Grant, Gibbs, Pate, Levi, Rhett and Morgan; his siblings, Floyd Shelton Blowe of Camino, CA and Rachel Elizabeth Bryant of Murfreesboro, NC; and his caregivers, Jenna, Cassandra, Wanda, Cindy and Dr. Khoury. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
