She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Elwood and Katie Lassiter Shores; her husband Harvey Blowe; and her siblings, Peggy Shores, Bobby Shores, Elwood Shores, Irvin Shores, Melvin Shores, Jesse Shores, Haywood Shores and Annette Shores Blowe.
She is survived by: her sons, Doug Blowe (Audrey) of Colerain, NC, Wilbert Blowe of Millennium, NC and Randy Blowe (Alta) of Cofield, NC.; her grandchildren, Ben Blowe (Chelsie), Cameron Blowe (Courtney), Chrystal Williams (Jon), Travis Blowe and Katie Oddy (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Gabe, Grant, Gibbs, Pate, Levi, Rhett and Morgan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of dear friends.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Job Cemetery.
