With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Rudolph Vinson of Aulander, North Carolina, who passed away on June 10, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though William Rudolph may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Vinson and Etheen Harrell Vinson. He is survived by: his partner Almarie Fennell of Murfreesboro, NC; his sister Minnie Pennywell of Ahoskie, NC; and his cousin Jacqueline Weaver of Ahoskie, NC. He is also survived by one nephew; a host of other cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hunter's Funeral Home (123 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Dr N, Ahoskie, NC 27910-7612). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Rock Missionary Baptist Church (401 West Hayes Street, Ahoskie, NC 27910).
