He was predeceased by: his parents, Hyman Jefferson Honeycutt and Myrtle Evelyn Gregory Honeycutt; and his sisters, Evelyn Tart and Laverne Green. He is survived by: his wife Iris Dell Williams; his children, Gwynne Cutler (Gary) of Aurora, Lynne Byrd (Phil) of Dunn and Hartford Honeycutt, Jr. (Sheila) of Blounts Creek; and his sister Brenda Hobson (Shurlton) of Bunnlevel.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Paul Funeral Home & Crematory (900 John Small Ave, Washington, NC 27889). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
