She was predeceased by : her parents, Dan Horne and Stella McLaurin Horne; her former life partner Stephen Barnes; her husband William H. Johnson; her siblings, Eldridge Horne, Bill Horne and Gladys Taylor; her stepson David Johnson; and her children-in-law, Bobby Williams and Denise Barnes.

She is survived by : her children, Deborah Williams (Hubert Jones) of Autryville and Steve Alan Barnes (Tammy Simmons) of Autryville; her grandchildren, Misty McLamb (Derek) of Roseboro, Nicholas Barnes (Jennifer Whitney) of Garland and Kasey Adair (Kyle) of Eastover; her great grandchildren, Dawson McLamb (Elizabeth), Jenna, Molly McLamb, Koltlyn, Kimberlin Barnes and Kinley Adair; her great great grandchild Brewer McLamb; her sisters, Elsie Montgomery (Harold) of Fayetteville and Peggy Stone (Pete) of Autryville; and her sister-in-law Lottie Horne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
