He is survived by: his wife Teresa McKeel; his children, Jaclyn Speedy (Rusty) of Wilmington and Jeremy McKeel of Ayden; his grandchildren, AJ O'Neal (Michelle), Josh O'Neal (Jessica), Lindsey O'Neal, Elizabeth McKeel, Brent McKeel, Colin Speedy and Lilah Speedy; and his siblings, Benny McKeel (Diane), Sherwood McKeel (Linda), Danny McKeel, Jeff McKeel (Gina), Peggy McKeel and Linda Newell (Tuck). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
