She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Polk Cagle and Calvin Cagle Sr. (Sadie); her husband Raymond "Buck" Knight Sr.; her sons, Marlon Knight and Raymond Knight Jr.; and her siblings, Sarah Jane Knight, Ruth Lawrence, Ollie Williams, Rachel Caple, Daisy Ponds, Calvin Cagle Jr. and Mac Williams.
She is survived by: her siblings, Margie Neely, Reverend Willie Cagle (Christine) and James Cagle (Rosalind); her grandchildren, Ruth Cagle, Taahir Brunner and Takeidra Huntley; her goddaughter Wanda Robinson; and her daughters-in-law, Alice Knight and Sherry Cagle.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (201 Wayne St, Badin, NC 28009). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
