He was predeceased by: his parent Currie Henry Meadows, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Meadows; his children, Charles Lane Meadows, Hunter Rademaker and Lindsey Joan Meadows; and his friend Nancy Barnes.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ellis Chapel United Methodist Church (2516 Levi Ln, Bahama, NC 27503).
