As Nancy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Nancy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Nancy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward Tackett and Clyde Umstead Tackett; and her siblings, Marion Ellis, Edith McBroom, Virginia Jones, John Edwin "Ned" Tackett, Reginald Tackett, Patrick Tackett and William Tackett. She is also survived by 9 nieces and 5 nephews.
