He is survived by: his wife Bernice Ann Moss Pitts; his children, Alfred "Al" Wright Pitts, III (Jennifer) and Amy Pitts Bissette (Scott); his grandchildren, Allison Pitts Rodriguez (Alex) and Brandon Wallace Pitts (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Elliott "Eli" Rey Rodriguez, Olivia Blair Pitts and Joseph Wright Rodriguez; his siblings, Eddie Joe Pitts (Judy), Dewey Pitts (Anne), Geraldine Pitts Tuck (Donald), Eugene Pitts (Earlene) and Sue Pitts Keeny (Tim); and his brother-in-law Steve Moss (Phyllis). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
