He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie B. Lucas and Sherry Lynn Lewis; his grandfather Robert Lewis; and his pet Blaze. He is survived by: his grandparents, Blaine, Charlene Lucas and Sue Lewis; his uncle Larry; and his aunts, Cindy McKeel and Renee Moore.
