She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Moore; her parents, George Batten and Gertie Howell Batten; her sons, Jay Todd Farmer, Sr. and Lester Farmer, Jr.; her grandson Jay Todd Farmer, Jr.; her great grandchild Chrislynn Crabtree Painter; and her siblings, Zilphia Barbour, J. P. Batten and Charles Batten.
She is survived by: her children, Angie Farmer of Bailey and Jeff Farmer (Brenda) of Wilson; her grandchildren, Christie, April, Brittany, Sidney, Morgan and Rylee; her great grandchildren, Steven, Kinsley, Chase, Elena, Ella and Ben; and her sisters, Sharon Crabtree (Billy) of Rocky Mount and Pam Johnson of Wilson.
