She was predeceased by: her husband William Arthur Bass; her son Randy Bass; her parents, Willard Williams and Sudie Williams; and her sisters, Shelby Bailey and Betty Lou Waddell.
She is survived by: her son Glenn Bass; and her sister Joan Richardson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joyner's Funeral Home (4100 Raleigh Rd Pkwy W, Wilson, NC 27896). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
