She was predeceased by: her parents, Lizzie Glover and Auburn Glover; and her siblings, Jean Glover Pace, Tanya Glover Currier, Judy Glover Bunn, Frankie Allen Glover and Dan Yancie Glover.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Edwards; her stepdaughter Allison Edwards Sessoms; her grandson Aaron Higgins; her great grandchildren, Aiden Higgins and Madison Higgins; and her sister Emma Lou Glover.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bailey Baptist Church (6646 Deans St, Bailey, NC 27807). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Bailey Cemetery (11499 NC-581, Bailey, NC 27807).
