He is survived by: his wife Mona Willis; his daughters, Amber Willis of Bakersville and Brittany Miller of Bakersville; his sisters, Cynthia Hill (Roy) of Bakersville and Angela Gortney (Daron) of Spruce Pine; and his nieces and nephews, Candie Hill of Bakersville, Andrew Hill of Burnsville, Dalton Clark of Morganton, Leah McClellan (Josh) of Spruce Pine and Jake Freeman of Charleston.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Beans Creek Church of Jesus Christ (2123 Beans Creek Rd, Bakersville, NC 28705). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
