He is survived by: his son Zachary Dean Campbell of Charlotte; his mother Brenda Robbins Campbell Keller; and his siblings, Danette Campbell Bolin (Scott), Dale Lee Campbell and David Harold Campbell (Melissa). He is also survived by one niece; three nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Richard "Dean" Campbell.
