It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Edward Silvers of Bakersville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Silvers and Mary Silvers; and his siblings, Barbara Howell, Ann Buchanan and Dean Silvers.

He is survived by : his son Eddie Silvers (Stacy); his wife Shirley Ledford Silvers; his son Rodney Silvers (Liz); his grandchildren, Taylor Silvers (Lauren), Ella Silvers and Austin Bass; and his brother Dennis Silvers (Betty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
