She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Garland and Julia Benge Garland; and her siblings, Patsy Stockton, Eddie and Dallas Wayne Garland.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Leach; her son Brandon Leach; her niece Evelyn Whitson (Beaver) of Green Mountain, NC; her close friend Mack Leach of Bakersville, NC; and her siblings-in-law, John L Stockton and Brenda Garland of Bakersville, NC.
