He is survived by: his children, Kathy McClellan (Bobby) of Spruce Pine, NC, Keith Laws (Lois) of Burnsville, NC, Kay Murphy of Spruce Pine, NC, Karen Carroll (Bondy) of Spruce Pine, NC and Kim Laws of Burnsville, NC.; and his brother Lawrence Jones (Patsy) of Hickory, NC. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
