He is survived by : his siblings, Larry Keith Sturgill (Sandra) of Green Mountain, Stanley Sturgill, Gerald Sturgill (Teresa) of Green Mountain, NC and Billie Jean Whitson (Steve) of Burnsville, NC; his children, Dustin Sturgill (Elizabeth) and Caitlin Duvall (Tyler); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sadie, Elijah, Rylie Sturgill, Greyson and Skyler Duvall; his close friends, Jewell Warrick, James Warrick, Johnny and Alana Howell; and his pet Daisey.
