He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Mance C. Queen and Lular Brown Queen; his brothers, Virgle, Spurgeon, Cecil and Lawrance "Cot" Queen; his grandmothers, Queen Smith, Minnie Queen Conner, Nelia Queen Robinson, Mattie Queen Broom and Annie Louise Queen; and his son Jeffery Lee Queen.
He is survived by: his children, David Doyle Queen, Roger Allen Queen of Balsam Grove, Joyce Queen Arant (Gerald) of Brevard and Tammy Queen Kimsey (Stan Galloway) of Balsam Grove. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
