He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred John Brienza and Mary Ellen Clamser Brienza; and his brother Thomas Brienza. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hom Chin; his children, Jennifer Brienza Shiflett (Ronald) of Glen Burnie, MD and Erik Johanson (Brianna) of Middleport, PA; his stepson Charles Chin (Tina) of Romeoville, IL; his siblings, Alfred Brienza (Dorene) of Lauredale, PA, Robert Brienza (Mitsuko) of Jacksonville, FL, Mary Ellen Cyran (Fred) of Suches, GA and Rita Brienza Goebeler (Paul) of Smithtown, NY; and his grandchildren, Blake Hall, Jayden Shiflett, Kyle Chin and Axel Johanson.
