She is survived by: her husband Donald A. Stevens; her daughter Ashley Cagle (Darrell) of Ramseur; her stepsons, Jamie Stevens of West Virginia, Jeremy Stevens of Lillington and Daniel Stevens of Bennett; her grandchildren, Summer Parker, Haley Cagle and Morgan Cagle; her stepgrandchildren, Alan Pleasant, Dakota Stevens, Carolyn Smith, Justin Stevens and Jenna Stevens; and her great grandchildren, Talyn Parker, Phoebe Marion, Dailey Cheek and Declyn Cheek.
