He is survived by: his parents, Terry Phillips and Sherrie Harper Phillips; his children, Madilyn Elizabeth Phillips and Levi Calvin Phillips; his siblings, Cayley Phillips Kidd (Zach) of Bennett and Travis Aaron Phillips (Amy) of Bear Creek; and his grandparents, J. C. and Marie Harper of Bennett.
