He is survived by: his wife Sherry Wetherington Arthur; his children, Jaime McCarthy (Patrick) of Beaufort, NC and Chuck Arthur (Kelly) of Beaufort, NC; his grandchildren, Charlee, Carson, Carlin, Dylan and Cade; his great grandchildren, Haze and Goldie; and his pet Choo-Choo. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
