The memory of Chester Glenn Salter of Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on October 2, 2025 at the age of 64, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Salter; and his brother Gary Salter. He is survived by: his children, Scott Salter (Christina) of Straits, NC, Adam Salter (Ashley) of Greenville, NC and Allison Warren of Beaufort; his siblings, Terry Bruce (Walt) of Tracy, CA, Barbara Day of Stacy, NC and Anthony Salter (Laura) of Sea Level, NC; and his grandchildren, Carolina Salter, Parker Salter and Myles Salter.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stacy Free Will Baptist Church (1290 US-70, Stacy, NC 28581). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
