He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Ward and Myrtle Ward of Gales Creek; his siblings, Carol Ann Ward and David Clifton Ward; and his half-brother Daryl Garner.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo; his children, Penelope and Ashton; and his sister Betty Geneva Ward. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
