It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Frances Krautheim of Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 85, on September 24, 2025. As we bid adieu to Frances' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Frances has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, F. R. Bell and Neva Chadwick Bell; and her sisters, Elizabeth "Libby" Gilbert Bell and Neva Bell Barnhardt. She is survived by: her husband Dan Krautheim; her children, Kryn Krautheim of Chapel Hill and Kathryn Fiebich (Karl) of Cary; and her grandchildren, Calvin Daniel Fiebich and Chelsea Bell Fiebich of Cary. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ann St. United Methodist Church (417 Ann St, Beaufort, NC 28516).
