It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Glenn McLawhorn of Beaufort, North Carolina, born in Morehead City, North Carolina, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ed McLawhorn and Elba McLawhorn; his pet Junior; his wife Anna McLawhorn of Beaufort; his daughters, Alicia Forbes of Morehead City and Emily McLawhorn of Swansboro; his stepdaughter Kimberly Bell of Beaufort; his grandchildren, Skylar McNeil, Haigan McNeil, Garrett Forbes, Emma Bell and Brantley Forbes; his sister Taffie Baysden (Jamie) of Morehead City; his siblings-in-law, Davie Guthrie of Harkers Island, Rodney Guthrie (Nancy) of Morehead City and Connie Gaskill of Harkers Island; and his nephews, Ryan Baysden of Newport, Clinton Baysden of Hubert and Justin Baysden of Newport.
