He is survived by: his wife Catrice Murrell Tomlin of Beaufort; his siblings, Willie Toney (Penny) of Virginia and Ola Mae Toney Fredlaw (Cleon) of Wilmington; his nieces, Keysha Chadwick and Kimberly Peters; his brother-in-law Rodney Murrell (Laveria) of Beaufort; his father-in-law Curtis Murrell of Beaufort; and his close friends, Jereomy Dunn of Georgia and SiFred Mitchell of Los Angeles, CA.. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
