She was predeceased by: her husband Johnnie Berton Davis Sr.; her parents, Alvie Paul and Lida Francis Gillikin; and her brothers, Bobby Gray Gillikin and Berkley Ray Gillikin Sr..
She is survived by: her sons, Johnnie Davis Jr. (Michele) of Otway and Donnie Davis Sr. (Debra) of Otway; and her grandsons, Paul Davis of Otway and Sheldon Daugherty (Kelsey Waterfield) of Buxton. She is also survived by four step-grandchildren and ten step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Otway Christian Church (242 Gillikin Rd, Beaufort, NC 28516). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at the Carteret Memorial Gardens (150 Lake Rd, Beaufort, NC 28516).
