She was predeceased by: her father William Wiggins; her husband Ernest "Pete" Turner; her sister Mary Garner; and her daughter-in-law Linda Turner. She is survived by: her children, Rose Marie Rhue (Daniel) of Beaufort, Randy Turner of New Bern and Gerald Turner (Beverly) of Beaufort; her grandchildren, Jeff Taylor (Cindy) of Farmville, Jerry Taylor (Misty) of Smithfield, Randall Turner (Sasha) of Maryland, Christina Golden (Chris) of Beaufort, Crystal Hill (Jamie) of Beaufort, Ray Adams (Lisa) of Sanford and Danielle Saunders (Billy) of Port Orange, FL; her siblings, Isabelle Eubank of Kinston, Lora Birdwell of Kinston, Bill Wiggins of Virginia, Thomas Wiggins of Virginia, Robert Wiggins (Kathy) of Morehead City and Leonard Wiggins (LaRae) of Swansboro; and her caregivers, Debbie Pugh and Georganne Horrell. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
