We announce the death of Pauline Goodwin (Beaufort, North Carolina), who passed away on July 13, 2026, at the age of 84. Pauline will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Pauline will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Pauline will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Pauline’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Altheus Woodard and Doris Miller Woodard; and her sisters, Inez Woodard Lewis and Elizabeth Woodard Hamilton. She is survived by: her daughter Gina Rose Lewis (Michael Lewis) of Beaufort; her grandchildren, Sarah Katherine Davis (Christopher Jones) of Morehead City, Charles Paul Davis (Kayla Davis) of Hubert and Mark Alexander Davis of Gloucester; her great grandchild Madelyn Grace Jones of Morehead City; and her nephew Thomas Hamilton Jr. (Kathleen) of Castle Hayne.
