He is survived by: his wife Shelvey Funai Lloyd; his children, Susan Lynn Lloyd of Newport, NC and Robert Lowell Lloyd of Newport, NC; his stepchildren, Anne Funai Page (Hoke) of Newport, NC, Joyce Stallings of Winston-Salem, NC, Richard Carter Funai (Kelly) of Wilmington, NC, Eric Matal of Wake Forest, NC, Vince Matal (Doris) of Raleigh, NC and Jeff Stallings (Pamela) of Winston-Salem, NC; his grandchildren, Austin Ray Nalley, Sailor Elizabeth Funai and Ana Shelvey Page; his great grandchild Mason Banks McFann; his caregiver Tawyna Davis; his pets, Tiger and Meeow; and his close friends, Judy Lynn Bromhal Lloyd of Winston-Salem, NC and Cynthia Meyer Matal Lloyd of Goldberg, NC..
