With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Stella Elizabeth Salter of Beaufort, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joyce Fulcher-Salter and Everett Salter; her stepmother Susan Willis Salter; her grandparents, Irvin, Sadie Fulcher, Elvin and Stella Salter; her brother-in-law Richard "Dick" Smith; and her nephews, Donovan Smith and Jake Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Ethan Salter (Lindsay) of Mill Creek and Karlyn Salter of Otway; her siblings, Michelle Smith of Atlantic and Donald Lawrence (Carol) of Atlantic; and her stepsiblings, Billy Taylor (Judy) of Atlantic and Jamie Taylor of Atlantic. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
