She is survived by: her brother Anthony P Chadwick (Alesia) of Warner Robins, Georgia.; her niece Alexandria "Haely" Chadwick Duty (Joshua); her great-niece Lily Kate Libazs; her great-nephews, Nikolas Chadwick Libazs and Karter James Duty; and her nieces, Ashlynne-Kate Chadwick Bridges (Clayton) and Karen Elizabeth Oropeza. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, and many cousins.
