He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lawrence and Hazel Lawrence (Dodgkin); his wife Sue Horne; and his son David. He is survived by: his son Allen Lawrence of New York City, NY; and his daughter-in-law Sheri Mullen Lawrence of Norfolk, VA..
