He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Lupton; his son William "Billy" Carroll Lupton Jr. of Beaufort; his sister Patricia Moore of Morehead City; his granddaughter Kyley Rose Lupton of Beaufort; and his nephew Johnny Lupton.
