He was predeceased by: his parents, Berry Eugene Outen and Frances Louise Outen; his daughter Dayna Outen; and his nephew Victor Hardy. He is survived by: his children, Bradley Outen (Scarlett), Ashley Livengood (Terry) and Daniel Culler; his grandchildren, Anna Gobble, Addisyn Gobble, Oliver Livengood, Parker Livengood, Myles Livengood, Aubree Fite-Turner, Jace Outen, Ellis Outen, Lewis Outen, Danny Culler, Axle Culler and Harley Culler; his sister Angela Taylor (Freddie); his aunts, Pat Busse and Jean Fulk; his uncle Denny Martin (Judy); and his niece Misty Illescas.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Welcome Door Baptist Church (6741 Vance Rd, Kernersville, NC 27284). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Welcome Door Baptist Church in Dean's memory.
