He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Thomas Hawkins and Lillie Tuttle Hawkins; and his nephew Christopher Rhoades. He is survived by: his wife Angela Quick Hawkins; his sons, Zachary Alan Hawkins (Emily) and Adam Tyler Hawkins (Callie Hall); his siblings, Joan McClamrock and Tommy Hawkins (Susan); his mother-in-law Barbara Quick; and his siblings-in-law, Tammy Reid (Tim) and Michael Quick (Brooke). He is also survived by five nieces; two nephews; five great-nieces; three great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home or Morris Chapel United Methodist Church.
