He was predeceased by : his parents, Linwood Billups and Mary Alice Billups; his wife Ginger Courson; and his siblings, Leno Billups, James, Joseph Billups, William Billups, Raymond Billups, Earl Billups and Frances McDermott.
He is survived by : his children, Edward Kent Billups of Belhaven, Paul Andrews (Dana) of Belhaven, Jeremy Andrews (Candace) of Bath and Julie Marie Billups-Rattler (Melvin) of Aurora; and his sister Virginia Rawls of Zuni, VA. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
