He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin Keith Sr. and Rae Sprague Keith; and his wife Nancy Lee Keefer. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Keith of Bath and Sharon Gallagher of Fayetteville; and his siblings, Michael Keith and Elizabeth Libolt of Florida. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
